Hi there! I have grown up with a dog walking and sitting business in Devon. We used to run a home from home service round the corner from the beautiful beaches Croyde and Saunton. The dogs used to LOVE the beaches and burrows! We would walk nearly all of our dogs off the lead in groups of up to 15 dogs! They loved playing together and you would be surprised how incredibly well they behaved with us as they got to know and love my family. I have recently finished my Masters and have moved into the city with a flexible job where I can work from home and am encouraged to get outside. I'm used to being surrounded by dogs and starting to really miss having them by my side. I have a handful of clients in the Upminster area but with my new found freedom I would like to take on a few more. We have always had our own dogs as well as other peoples therefore, there is not a lot I don't know about dogs! I am used to all sorts of personalities, ailments and I've even done some rudimentary training in my time. I would love to meet with you and your fur baby x

Rachel was a wonderful sitter for Benson! She was attentive and knowledgeable, kept us in the loop, and Benson had a wonderful holiday himself too. I'm sure he didn't want us to come home! I'd thoroughly recommend Rachel:)
Rachel was amazing when house sitting our two mini dachshunds. They were very comfortable with her and we could tell they had loads of cuddles. The house was very clean when we got back and the doggies were super happy. We will definitely book again.
Rachel was brilliant with our high energy 10 month old Springer. I felt confident that she knew what she was doing and would not be overwhelmed by him. We would happily have her back again!
Rachel has sat for Alf again and he loves her! She’s extremely reliable and trustworthy. We have no issue with leaving her with the run of our house. Thanks again Rachel!

If I should be caring for your dog at my home instead of yours: I have a relatively small flat but with plenty of room for myself and a couple of dogs - dependent on size and energy. If you have an extra large dog such as a Great Dane or a dog with high energy levels then I would only be able to commit to the one and would like to go through the meet and greet and a test run first. *** I would like to make a point of saying that I will not accept until we have had a meet and greet so that both sides prepared and happy 😊

Need to knows: - neutered or not (especially if they're on heat) - behaviour and attitudes towards other dogs - behaviour and attitudes towards walks - energy levels - training/ naughty habits (they all have them ?) - ailments/needs/medication - any spooks - diet And lastly any character traits or necessary information you think I need to know in order to be prepared and give the best care ?
A typical day
I have a courtyard directly in front of my flat which is somewhat fenced off and two parks right on my doorstep- without including Victoria Park only a 20 min walk away (perfect for a midday break) ⛲️?

Availability
My job allows me to work from home therefore as long as there is wifi I can work in any space and will be available 24/7. As I have a rather flexible job I'm in control of my own times and meetings which I also think is crucial so that I can actually be present with the dog, we can enjoy our time together (lots of cuddles if they like them!) and I can get him/her out and about as much as possible (granted they like walks and aren't like some of regulars who are refuse to go out in the rain 😄)
