We live in Coleridge!!! A lifetime dog owner-I absolutely love pups and treat them like family. We have a fenced in yard where the dogs have their own shed with beds and shade, and more toys than should be allowed : ) It’s hot hot this summer so we do have a kiddie pool, my dogs are water dogs and it helps them cool off. We love games, playing fetch and chasing squirrels. I work from home and rarely leave my dogs alone. I have a super chill 10 year old Dutch shepherd and a crazy silly 1 year old cattle dog mix. Both love dogs. The older dog is super mellow and the little guy will play all day if you let him.

Rachel was absolutely fabulous - my dog loved her and her pup right from the start. She was flexible about pick up and drop off times, and she sent me great pic and video updates while I was away. I know my dog had a great time with her - he had so much fun, he fell asleep in the car on the way home! I love a sitter who can wear my high-action pup out!
To say Rachel was amazing would be an understatement. She is educated, capable, passionate, and so incredibly caring. Not only did I not feel bad/worry about leaving my pup with her over the holidays, I actually felt good about it! Her pooch, Isis, is an absolute sweetheart and my dog got some much-appreciated socialization during her stay. Rachel took her out to the dog park or to the levee every single day, and kept in excellent contact through multi-day texts, pictures, and videos. She is an absolute gem. I will never use anyone else.
There are dog people and then there are other people. Rachel is a dog person. Her affinity for our canine friends is a part of who she is, and dogs respond to her. They know she has their back. You couldn't ask for a better person to give your pal a great afternoon or weekend. There will be walkies, there will be treats and there will be lots of play. If I were a dog, I would tell you the solution is simple: If you're going to leave me, please let me go to Rachel's house to play.

Hiking, Running, Snuggling, Playing brain games, using our talk tiles, tug of war, swimming, playing fetch, destroying bones, agility, getting brushed, learning tricks, taking naps, getting belly rubs.

Currently work from home and have a completely open schedule. Happy to pick up and drop off whenever needed, but try not to leave my dogs for long in general.
