Pet care experience
I am experienced mainly with cat care but am also willing to take on basic care for dogs as well. I worked in an all cat clinic for a little over a year as a veterinary assistant/technician in 2021. During this time I gained knowledge on how to care for cats that were boarding in the clinic including those who were on strict prescription based diets , medication, and diabetic care. This app only asks dog specific questions based on experience. Although I don’t have medical experience with dogs specifically , I DO have experience with administering subcutaneous fluids, oral medicine, subcutaneous injections such as B-12 and insulin with CATS. Please note as of right now I won’t be taking on any diabetic pets. I have two cats of my own whom I love with my whole heart, so I completely understand the importance of having someone that is reliable and who you can trust to care for your furry baby!

A typical day
Cats need just as much enrichment as much as dogs do! I love to play fetch (yes my cat plays fetch with her mouse toys) , give treats when permitted, and use interactive toys such as remote based mouse toys or the cat wands.

Availability
Due to being a military spouse and sharing one car with my husband during his work week, my availability will land on weekends only. During my weekend availability I will only be available for Drop Ins specifically.
