Rachel was great with my senior pup! Sent lots of pictures and was great with walking her. I would recommend

Rachel watched my sweet Great Dane over the weekend and if I could give 0 stars I would. I specifically sent instructions to stay overnight with my dog as I booked her for house sitting. She agreed to stay at my house while watching my dog so I went ahead and booked her. I have a electronic key pad door lock and can see when the door lock is accessed through an app. I was not getting many updates from her and went to look at my door app and she maybe spent 10 min getting my dog walking him outside and immediately would leave again. She also left my dog for 14+ and 15+ hours overnight alone without a bathroom break and only came to let him out twice a day. My dog got no human or dog interaction for 2+ days while I was gone and had to sit for hours overnight having to go to the bathroom. My neighbor has also informed me that my dog was whining at the door this past weakened when they walked by. I am so upset with how my dog was treated and i would NEVER recommend Rachel to watch my dog let alone any one else's dog as his basic needs were not even met!!! I have asked for a refund as what I booked her for was not met and i am now blocked. Do not get scammed by this girl like me.
