I grew up taking care of lots of big, loving dogs. I have a momma and sister who both work to take care of and/or protect animals in Cincinnati, OH. We have always joked that animals are drawn to our family because strays always found their way to our home. I also have been known to have "unfriendly" or more tentative dogs cozy up to me when we meet. My brother has a pitbull mix and he is the most loving dog I have ever met. Training and growing wonderful dogs is a family thing. :) I am very active and would love to take your dog for walks or even runs if you'd like. I've taken care of animals, including rescuing two cats.. and in particular investing financially in making sure Mele (who acted just like a little pup!) could have a happy, healthy life. Most importantly, people call me Reliable Rachel because I am consistently there for people in word and deed. I will be compassionate to your pet but also in our communication. I value authenticity, connection, and honesty. My work with kids and the social sector is what keeps me awake at night trying to help contribute. I'd love the chance to find joy in being with your pet and to offer them a warm smile, activity (depending on how much is right for them!), and a fun companion here and there! *I also secretly follow IG posts with Bernese mountain dogs :)
