I am a casual sitter, usually only sitting on weekends (at times I will do week long sitting, but I don't make it a regular thing). Dog sitting takes up a lot of time, so that is why I don't dog sit more than I do. If I decide to dog sit for you, it means I treat dog sitting as basically a full-time job when dog sitting for you. I am married to my husband Mike- no kids, only the furry kids. I am more than willing to do drop in visits to let dogs out for potty breaks and such and dog walking. I've owned dogs my whole life, all golden retrievers. I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy - who enjoys other dogs and a cat who is super tolerant of dogs. I am very responsible, I graduated from the University of MN Duluth in 2011 and have a full time job at a healthcare company. In addition, I work from home, so I'm able to be around all day for your dog. I enjoy dog sitting because I love animals and also making some extra money on the side. I'm very involved with training my dog and past dogs. I've been taking my dogs for many years to both dog training classes and agility classes. Why I love dog sitting: I absolutely love dogs, I've grown up with them my whole life. It was always my dream to be a veterinarian because I loved them so much, but somewhere along the line I got diverted by other areas and decided maybe it's just good to have as a interest. My experience administering medication I have experience with giving dogs insulin shots and I could do pills.
