I have over 18 years of experience caring of dogs of all kinds; from easy going labs to 100 pound, shepherds with attitude and I loved them all. I have worked with several different trainers over the years and I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement for handling dogs. I am very active and enjoy having a four legged friend to keep company on walks and runs. Also I am not deterred but the rainy portland winter weather. Im going out rain or shine. In my opinion dogs are the best companions and bring out the best in me personally. I am available from 6am-10pm 7 day's a week. I also have a car so its easy for me to get around anywhere in Portland.

I love Rachel and my dogs have loved her! She is like a member of the family. Rachel has a tremendous love for all dogs and a gift for helping them feel relaxed and enjoy the walk and training she gives them. I am always amazed at how well she reads my dogs and has helped me become a better dog parent by training me. She has a lot of experience with different breeds, some being difficult or nervous dogs. I can't imagine giving my dogs to anyone else. I have total confidence in her and appreciate all she has done for me and my beloved dogs. Rachel loves all dogs. Besides showing them affection, she is great at reading temperament. Rachel has walked my boxer many times, who can be challenging at times with other dogs. The reason she is so great is that she reads my dogs signals and other dogs that she comes across in order to make any necessary adjustments. I never worry about my dog in her hands.
