I had an emergency and needed someone to help at h my dog last minute and Rachel was so accommodating. My dog was dragging her back into her apartment when I dropped her off and I knew she was so happy and content with her. Will definetely try to use Rachel again if I ever return to Chattanooga.
Rachel was awesome. I was out of town and my original pet sitter needed to leave early. Rachel was able to check on Sasha late at night and walk her in the morning, on pretty short notice. Thank you so much for the help, Rachel!!
Rachel stayed at our house with our two dogs for a weekend. We were very hesitant on having someone watch them at our home and leaving them with anyone in general. Rachel was very good with our dogs and followed all guidelines we gave her. Also she left our house in great condition.
Great communication through the whole process. Loved the pictures we got. Very responsive if we had questions. No qualms about using Rachel again. Everything looked great when we got back. Highly recommend.
