Pet care experience
My name is Rachel and I have had dogs my whole life ranging from puppies to senior dogs. I love all breeds and I don't believe that there is such a thing of an “aggressive breed.” I have rescued all my animals so I am experienced in dealing with anxiety and any behavioral issues in dogs. I believe in positive reinforcement. My dog, who passed away recently, was a rescued 35lb Pitbull/Lab Mix that had high anxiety, but after showing her love and that life isn’t scary, she has blossomed. I am patient with all animals and enjoy challenging personalities. I live in the West Seattle area. We now have a corgi puppy for our daughter and would love to play with your dog. They took amazing care of my 9 month adolescent puppy and all his quirks. He had a ton of fun playing with their pup and looked like he made himself at home.
Rachel is incredible! It was our first time using Rover and she helped us feel so comfortable in the booking process, preparation and throughout the stay. She's great at providing updates 2x a day in morning and evening. Including pictures! I loved seeing pictures of my sweet girl settling in so well with their family. She has a fenced backyard which is so wonderful for the dogs stay! We are using Rachel again this weekend for a repeat stay and couldn't be happier to send my sweet girl Violet with someone we trust
Rachel took great care of Brutus and sent pictures and updates every day. My dog is a bit of an anxious dog and she did well with him.
Rachel was a great communicator in telling me the story of my pup's day. She was accommodating to his physical state (recovering) and helps socialize him with her daughter.

A typical day
Your dog will join me and my dog on long walks (a run if needed) to the dog park. My dog personally loves to play fetch with her frisby and she would love to have a friend play along! On weekends my husband, my pup, and myself love to take mini day trips and go hiking. Adventure awaits!
