I can't wait to love your dog!

Pet care experience

My love for dogs started at a very young age, when I started my own dog walking business. I quickly became the designated dog walker or pet sitter in my neighborhood growing up, until I graduated from high school. I worked at a Doggie Daycare facility for about a year, and my love for dogs only got stronger. I recently volunteered in Thailand with rescued dogs, cats and elephants, and I'd like to continue my work with animals as much as possible!

Where do we even begin. Rachel has a way with dogs that I haven't found in anyone else. The best part is, it all comes from her passion to help. She cares more than anything and you can see it on her face plain as day. I could see it every time I dropped my dog off at doggie daycare at 6am on a rainy Tuesday morning. The dogs seem to notice as well because Rachel was one of the few people that my poor girl Sheila could even be around. With how difficult it became on the day to day due to Sheila's previous abuse before I adopted her, I can't think of anything that brought a smile to my face and warmed my heart the way Sheila's tail would wag when Rachel walked into the room, the way she would sit at the door after wondering where Rachel went. I am so grateful for that. I can't think of anyone more qualified to be in a position to be around, to help, dogs. Seriously, you'd be a fool not to give Rachel the chance to make a difference, cause down to her core that's all she wants.

Rachel is the best! Her passion for dogs (and all animals) is evident when she walks into a room and they greet her. Your pet will be in very good hands while you're away - she's knowledgable about proper training techniques, grooming, pet nutrition, etc through all her professional experience at doggie day cares and animal shelters/refuges abroad. She's conscientious, dependable and a pleasure to know. She's one of KK's favorite humans!

Rachel is a natural dog or animal sitter. Her nurturing skills are superior and you couldn't ask for a more responsible and loving caregiver. Dogs, children no matter, they flock to Rachel and her loving soul.

Rachel has shown incredible compassion and care with my main man Bernie on multiple occasions. She is attentive to his needs, kind, warm, and treats him as if he was her own. I know that when Rachel is with Bernie, he will be in good hands. We have never had problems between our dogs - Chaos is sweet, gentle, and patient which I believe is a direct reflection on the care she has received throughout her life. Rachel gets my top recommendation to anyone who must reluctantly leave their furry friends when going away, or just to check in when the day gets long and they can't get home immediately.

I like to get a little information on the dog before I house sit or board at my house, just so I know what I can expect. Age, breed and energy level, along with any special needs (i.e. medications, tick medication, etc..), only so I can provide my best services to them.
