Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Rachel and i am currently 23 years old. I have been caring and loving pets basically my whole life. Ever since i can remember I’ve always had some kind of pet in my current household. I have dog-sat, cat-sat, even Guineapig-sat for friends and family of mine. I love to be active, so going on hikes and things of that nature are something that i really enjoy, so if you have a dog or puppy that loves to take walks, i would be great for that! I love any and all animals and will care for each and every single one like they were Part of my own family! If you chose to hire me i will ensure you’re beloved pets are taken care of to the highest extent!

This young lady took very good care of our animals. We came home to our house the way we left it, our cat lazily snoozing on our bed and our dog chilled on his bed in the living room. Thank you Rachel for staying with our babies and taking such good care of them. We highly recommend Rachel for all you sitting needs. Our animals seem to love her.
Rachel is just wonderful! She is professional and trustworthy and she was so sweet with our new puppy! She handled a security system snafu with more composure than I would have if I was in her shoes. Baloo can’t wait for his new best friend to come back from vacation!

Rachel pet sat and cared for our older lab Dakota when he was 14 and 15?years old and unable to travel with us. She showed him affection and special caring for his needs such as assistance going up and down our stairs and assuring he received his meds and proper food. Rachel also watered our indoor plants when caring for Dakota. She is a trusted, responsible and caring young adult. Dakota loved Rachel. Dakota has passed but it was good to know Rachel excelled at caring for him.

I would like to know how high of low energy your dog may be! Is he/she very active or are they more laid back? Any certain activities you would like me to do with your pet?
A typical day
I would love to take your pups on walks and or to the dog parks nearby, if there are any! I also like hikes and have a big enough car to fit bigger dogs

Availability
I currently work a full time job from 7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri., but I do work from Home, so boarding is great, since I will be home all day. Weekends I am usually available for drop ins or even boarding, if you give me a day or 2 in advance I will have a definite yes or no for that specific day!
