Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs my entire life and have spent the last ten years roaming with my catahoula Gravy. While my old man pup prefers his own space, I enjoy being around other dogs, learning their personalities and having fun. I know I always feel much better leaving Gravy when a dog-lover watches him. I look to offer this peace of mind to others as I travel around. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes, activity levels, most temperaments, and enjoy spending time giving them the attention they deserve and that fits their needs. This was my first time using this app and trusting my fur baby and house in someone else’s hands. Rachel is the first person I ask to watch my dog whenever I am away, whether for the night or a long weekend. From watching her interact with her own dogs, I know she is an attentive, loving, and firm caregiver to the pets under her care. My dog can be anxious in my absence (he spent a portion of his first night with her standing over her and panting as she tried to sleep), but she was very understanding and continues to watch him for me. He loves going to her house and loves when she comes to visit us here. When Rachel watches my dog, I know he'll get the same level of attention and care he receives at home and I never worry while he's in her care.
