Pet care experience
Hello! I have owned dogs literally my entire life, and have dealt with all types of breeds and ages. My family dogs were incredibly important to me, and I treated them like another family member. I also have had experience with puppies, due to one of my previous dogs having multiple litters. I feel I am very qualified to handle all types of personality types of dogs, and I'm otherwise extremely patient overall. With all that being said, I do work and will let you know my schedule before booking. It's typically most mornings, starting around 7AM and ending around 3PM, but can be flexible if given notice well in advance. Please message me with any questions or anything else! My dog can be shy with people, but he warmed right up to Rachel. She spoiled him with attention and snuggles. I will be using Rachel again in the future, she does a fantastic job!
Our Kane had a great time with Rachel!! We got daily updates and pictures as we requested before leaving on our trip!

As of now, I don't have my own in house services turned on, but in general I think I prefer dogs being in their own home anyways as they feel more confident and less anxious overall. Being away from their owner can be so stressful so I feel eliminating that stressor helps a lot. Other than that, on top of all the love and attention you'd normally give pets, I try to get a good feel on owners regular routines with their pets as well, as to not disrupt anything. If they're often playing outside, I'd love to do that, or if their pet is naturally quiet and likes sleeping, I can also do that! I feel very confident in adapting to the needs of each client, so outside of promising doing everything in my power to keep your dog happy, safe, and fed, it's hard to have a "one size fits all" answer for how I'll care for your pet other than that I'd care for them like they were my own.

As far as walks go, I would just like to know how they react to things on walks (i.e. birds, squirrels, other dogs, etc.) and any specific behavioral traits I should know! I have no breed preference though, so send me whatever pup you have! As for everything else, I just need to know their schedule, your policy for treats, and if there's any other rules you would like me to enforce while with your pup!
A typical day
Our strict routine will be up to the owner, but as for my personal activities, I love walks in this summer weather, and being outside with your pup in general! I typically try to find paths near the house I'm at or just chill neighborhoods in the area for walks so less room for error, like other animals or loud noises.

Availability
Like previously, mentioned I work most mornings. This looks like about 7AM to about 3PM 5 days out of the week. My days off often change, but 2 days out of the week I am free during that time frame. This means I also wouldn't be able to leave work to let out a pup during those hours, so if the pup was needed far more frequent breaks, I may not be a good fit. That being said, I'm typically free the remainder of the day so just message me if you're unsure if I'm a good fit for your pup's (or kitty's!) schedule and I'll be as open and communicative as possible to see if we can work something out!
