I’ll love your dog like my own!
Pet care experience
Hello! I’m currently working on my master’s degree, so I’m hoping to earn some extra money. I have one dog (a purebred Golden Retriever) who is 4 years old and LOVES to meet new dogs. I love to take dogs on hikes or long walks! I have been a Rover sitter for over four years, but I’ve been caring for friends’ and family members’ pets for much longer. I will love your dog like my own and make sure to contact you if I’m concerned about anything. I have a lot of experience caring for huge and little dogs, and I love dogs of all sizes! My pup is like a family member to me, and I’m always very concerned about making others’ pets feel comfortable while their family is away. Finally, I have a lot of experience in dealing with reactive or anti-social dogs, and I am very careful with them.

I have a lot of experience with managing off-leash dogs, but I prefer to establish a connection with the pup and get to know him or her better before giving that a go. I am comfortable returning your pup to his/her crate upon leaving, and my motto is to be a ghost when I’m in others’ homes!

I like to know beforehand how your pet interacts with other dogs and unknown people on walks or if they have anything they’re reactive to (wildlife, cars, etc.) Also, please let me know if your pup enjoys partaking in “poopsicles” so I can avoid this wintertime delicacy on walks.
A typical day
I can accommodate any four legged friends’ energy level! I’m all about tug and playing fetch after a long walk, or snuggling and brushing for my less athletic pups ☺️
