Experienced with First Aid & CPR trained

Pet care experience

Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I’m Rachel and I’m a serious dog lover and experienced dog Carer. I grew up with 3 beloved childhood dogs and I am lucky to have a current fur baby, Bear, who is a Chihuahua mix. I have been dog walking and dog sitting for friends and family since my teenage years. I am trained in Dog First Aid and CPR. I have my dog first aid kit in hand in case of accidents. I have Pet Business Insurance and I am DBS checked - happy to provide a copy of these certificates on request. My aim is to provide care for your pooch based on love, attention and the very best for their well-being. When your pup comes for day care or for an overnight stay, they are welcomed as part of the family. We will do everything we can to make them feel comfortable so they can settle in to their new environment and have an enjoyable time. Puppies are most welcomed for day care! Doggy Daycare includes: - Two walks AM and PM (or 1 walk if a less active breed) to nearby parks - Brain games/enrichment with snuffle matts, food dispensing toys, scent and sound work for mental stimulation - Scheduled naps with a choice of bedding options - Daily report cards to provide feedback to paw parents on mood/behavior observations, feeding, toilet schedule, nap times, activities for the day, friends and playmates for the day. - Photo and Video updates throughout the day Puppy Daycare includes all above, PLUS: - Basic obedience training and recall (sit, stay, come, leave it), resource guarding, potty training if required. - less focus on walks (to protect their growing bones) but rather indoor play and then plenty of scheduled naps Dog Boarding includes: - plenty of indoor and outdoor games including fetch and tug for energetic dogs or relaxing on the couch for the quieter ones - Brain games/enrichment with snuffle matts, food dispensing toys, scent and sound work for mental stimulation - a choice of bedding options to ensure maximum comfort - plenty of opportunity to toilet - plenty of cuddles - photo and video updates in the AM and PM throughout the stay so you feel connected to your pup - start the next morning with a walk before returning to paw parents

Highly recommend. Rachel was trustworthy, a great communicator and very experienced with dogs. Sally was well cared for and a happy pup on pick up. She didn't want to leave!

Rachel is a very considerate sitter. She took time beforehand to find out more about Hudson, his likes/ dislikes and any specific training that I had been doing with him. I was kept updated with videos and photos. 100% trust and recommend.

Gavin had a lovely time with Rachel and Bear! They had two long walks, a short potty break in the afternoon, and loads of playtime in between. Rachel kept me up to date with photos and short videos, so I felt sure that Gavin was well looked after and settling in well. At the end of the day, I received a detailed report card that outlined everything that happened while Gavin was in the daycare: mood, activity, potty time, and even personalized feedback on his behavior. Definitely recommend and will use Rachel's services next time Gavin will be in a need of some company :) Thanks, Rachel!
