I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life! I am especially experienced with special needs cats and dogs, and I have professional training with cats with behavioral issues. I’ve also lived with dogs with medical issues for many years. 🙂

Rachel is the absolute best. She truly treats my 18 year old cat, Pooka, as if she’s her own. Rachel goes above and beyond during her visits with Pooka. Rather than just doing her job as quickly as possible, Rachel spends time with Pooka during her daily check-ins, and keeps me updated on what they do together during her visits (e.g., have dinner together). Knowing that Pooka has someone spending quality time with her (in addition to meeting her basic needs) brings me a lot of comfort while I’m away. Rachel is dependable, responsive, respectful, kind, and my cat loves her. I highly recommend Rachel if you’re looking for a local pet sitter!
Rach took great care of my Moe! Moe was feeling sick and didnt want to walk, but Rachel stayed with her and made sure she was ok. Rachel took the extra steps to clean up the accidents Moe had on the carpet and in her crate! A very caring and understanding walker. Would trust her with my pup and recommend her for the care of any pets!
Rachel was amazing! My fiancé and I left for a week vacation and Rachel took care of my babies as if they were her own ? she made us feel sending pictures and little reports everyday. My house was left nice and clean and the doggies didn’t seem to miss us at all! I’m so glad we found Rachel because she is going to be our permanent babysitter ❤️

Please let me know if your dog or cat is reactive towards other animals or people. Also, how is their “walk behavior?” Are they good on a leash? Do they usually go potty right away, or do they need a long stroll beforehand? Let me know their daily routine!
A typical day
I love to play fetch and use squeaky toys/play tug of war with the pups! I typically walk with them alongside a park, through a neighborhood, or to the beach! Bonus if you live near hiking trails ⛰️

Availability
I am flexible and able to adapt to your needs! I am typically available 7 days a week, and I’m able to give potty breaks every 4-6 hours. I work on site locally, and will need to leave your pet alone for up to 6 hours at a time. Please specify time requirements when booking. 🙂
