Rachel took very good care of our fur babies. She watched 2 of our dogs for us at the same time for about 4 hours while my wife and I went to a doctor's appointment in the neighborhood of her home. We did not know Rachel prior to her doggy sitting for us, we selected her because of her good reviews and her proximity to our doctor's office. This was the first time we had ever used the Rover sitter service to find someone to watch our babies and also the first time we ever left our dogs with a complete stranger. My wife and I were very nervous doing this for the first time and we were unsure how our dogs would react. One of our dogs is what we consider a "special needs animal" she is very uncomfortable around strangers and small children and has bit a couple adults. We explained this to Rachel prior to leaving them with her and gave her verbal instructions on how to best handle this dog without getting bit and she handled both of the dogs wonderfully! While they were in her care Rachel sent us several updates via text and pictures of our dogs to keep us updated on how they were doing. By the time we returned to pick them up our special needs dog was already warming up to Rachel and getting friendly with Rachel. Both of our dogs were very happy to see us and neither of them acted like anything bad happened to them while they were in her care. Our dogs had good moods after leaving Rachel's home. Rachel told us she would be happy to watch them again any time we might need her services and we certainly would consider hiring her again she handled them professionally and took wonderful care of them ?

Rachel is absolutely the best! She knows and understands dogs and was able to give my baby everything he needed. She is kind and accommodating and her own dog is sweet. Another dog there made my own dog more comfortable. Whenever I go out of town I will choose Rachel without a moment's hesitation.
