Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Rachel B. and I am an NYU graduate and lifelong animal lover. I have been around all types of animals my whole life and have a kitty of my own named Rumi. I have taken care of animals since I was young, focusing mostly on dogs and cats, but am open to other types of creatures as well. I have volunteered for numerous shelters throughout my life and have also been a personal pet sitter for friends and neighbors.

Rachel has been dropping in on our cats for several years for us, and she sends us the best pictures! Highly recommend her.
We’re always thrilled when Rachel is available to check on our two cats when we’re out of town. She is fantastic at providing playtime and pets to our outgoing cat and gives our skittish boy space. The pictures she sends help us with the separation and she is very responsive.
As always rachel goes above and beyond in caring for our kitty. She is very communicative and attentive to our cat’s needs. She is our #1 sitter when we go out of town.

I am currently in school so my schedule is very flexible to accommodate whatever services you may need. I am generally available on weekdays in the late mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as on weekends late mornings and afternoons. I am only unavailable on Monday and Wednesday evenings. I can also work around your and your furry friend’s schedule too!
