Dog Lover Saving up for Honeymoon
Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages, from teacup chihuahuas with anxiety to Great Danes with special diets. I grew up with medium to large dogs (mostly labradors) with a big backyard, though I loved taking them on hikes in the national parks nearby. I'm not afraid of messes, medicines, or mischief. Dogs are a part of the family and deserve to be well loved and cared for, no matter their age or temperament. I love any excuse to go on a walk outside, and if your dog loves to run, they'll love hanging out with me. I run half marathons and I always welcome a furry running buddy! That said, if your dog is more low-key or older, I'd love to snuggle them while I study or take them for a relaxed walk. I'm hoping to save up for my honeymoon by dog-sitting and I'd love to take care of your dog and treat him/her like they are my own! Let me know if you have any questions- happy to chat!

Rachel has grown up tending dogs since she was three, progressing in her responsibilities from feeding and providing adequate water to grooming and some training duties. Her duties grew as she earned a cat and tree frogs over the years. While all family pets were rescue animals, Rachel respects the special needs of show dogs, as well as any special needs animal such as her cat who needs special food/medicine. Rachel has demonstrated great responsibility in baby sitting for CEO's kids, as well as general house sitting with multiple animals. She is even able to do basic care of large animals such as horses when needed. This young lady is a Public Health major at the University of Cincinnati, a member of the Rowing Team and strongly adheres all her commitments.

I love to go to on walks close to a dog's home so that they feel the most comfortable. However, if they're ok with car rides, I love to walk/run in Eden park and along the river downtown in Smale Park.
