Pet care experience
Coming from a family of dog lovers, I have been caring for my own dogs and others' for over 30 years. I've always had a love for animals, my 1st job I was a pet sitter and right now with my schedule it has been great to be able to take care of others pets again. I have fostered dogs the last few years also and can't wait to find the best dog for our family, the 1st dog for my son. I will care for your pet as my own with lots of love & playing and any needs will be taken care of. My son is my sidekick, great with & loves all animals like me and a big help playing with them when owners allow it (and of course if the dog likes children but he’s never met a dog that didn’t like him!) I offer many different types of services to suit your needs so please let me know how I can help!

Rachel is great pet and house sitter! Our pups love her and how much she plays and loves on them. Our older corgi is pretty protective, but warmed up to her instantly! She shares pictures through out her stay and shows how much fun and love she gives them. She always leaves our home neat and clean at the end of her stay. We have booked with her several times and she has become our go to pet sitter! Would recommend her for all you pet needs!

Rachel was perfect. She took great care of our puppy in our hotel room while we went out to dinner. Walks and everything.

My son is with me most of the time so I would need to make sure the pup is ok around kids. I like to know what their personality is like, what they like to do, any favorite activities or toys. Also, we have “porch” cats so no dogs that would try to kill them if they happened to see them!
A typical day
We live in a nice dog walking neighborhood in Riverland Terrace on James Island. Sometimes we may walk to the community garden or Plymouth park by the river or quick drive to JI county park dog park if your pup likes to socialize. Also in our small fenced yard we play ball, water fun in kiddie pool, or just bask in the sun!
