The area that I do service is East Nashville (e.g. Inglewood, Kenmore, Burchwood Gardens, Porter Heights, Rolling Acres, Eastwood, Lockland Springs). The reason is that I like to enjoy puppy time with minimal driving time. I AM ONLY ABLE TO STOP FOR DROP-IN VISITS/WALKS! NO OVERNIGHTS! I've owned a dog since I was a child -- Keeshond (Di), Blk Chow (Tasha), Red Chow (Chuey), Blk Chow (Thai), and Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer (Wrigley). Currently have 4 dogs of my own. I have pet-sit a variety of dogs/cats (Boxer, German Shepherd, a Pomeranian, outdoor/indoor feline(s)...etc).

Rachel was amazing! She took such good care of our kitty and also got our mail while we were away. She clearly loves animals and as a longtime pet parent herself, she has a lot of experience that made us feel like our cat was in great hands. We had peace of mind on our vacation and will definitely be booking with her again.

I'm wherever the dog is. While outside, I keep an eye -- which helps me know if they have done their business or not. If we go inside, we will normally chill out and watch TV, or if they have toys to play with inside, I would play with them. The visit would be like what you would do if you were at home.

I like to know anything that makes them upset, what they love to do, what they like to eat/treats, do they have an active routine. I also like to have an alternate emergency number just in case you cannot be reached. This person/family would need to know your dog pretty well and has some idea of your pets idiosyncrasies
A typical day
While caring for your pet @ your home, I try my best to make it as any normal day with their parents. So it's always helpful to let me know what their day to day is like. WHAT I DO WITH YOUR PETS Days with Your Pet(s) Just like a child, it's important to keep them in their normal environment rather than disrupting their daily routine. I would be more than happy to take your pets for a walk/dog park or whatever they are used to doing on a daily basis.

I work a 8a to 5p job so I go check on pets between 7-8a, after work ~5p, and a nightcap (if needed 9p the latest). Lunch dates can be requested, but it depends on my schedule.
