The “Ultimutt” Caregiver
Pet care experience
Hello there! I am an honest, responsible, reliable and nurturing person who would love the opportunity to help you out with your pets. I have always had a very special connection with animals. I have lots of training experience as I had a rescue dog with many serious behavioural issues we had to work through together. Unfortunately he is no longer with me and I would love to be in the presence of animals as much as possible over the winter. My calm and collected nature makes dogs feel instantly comfortable around me and I am often referred to as a “dog magnet!” (The feeling is mutual!) I have often cared for others pets on a long term basis and I have cared for them as if they were my own which means not only meeting their necessary living requirements but making sure they are getting the attention and love that they deserve! I am off work for the winter which means lots of time to help you take care of your fur babies and take them on outdoor adventures! If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

We used Rachel last minute over the holidays for 3 nights and we can not say enough about her. She did a fantastic job looking after our blind labrador retriever. Her kindness and gentle nature makes her an ideal caregiver. We came home and you would have never known that anyone had been in our home. She even folded my laundry! Don't hesitate to contact Rachel if you need help with your pets. We certainly will be calling on her again.
Rachel is a trusted and exceptional care giver for our French bulldog when we are away. She communicates well with us and gives us regular updates. We are very confident that care and attention are provided as we would do. highly recommend Rachel.
Rachel has been looking after my dog Bowie for 3 years now wether its been short or long periods of time. She has also stayed in and looked after my home so Bowie doesnt have to move around. Bowie absolutely loves her and gets so excited when she comes around. She is really great with animals and is always taking him on hikes and walking adventures. Rachel is responsible and such a delight. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their fur baby!
Two words!!! Absolutely Awesomeness! No need to say anything else but I have 11 more words needed. I thank you and Cooper thanks you. Rex

I have a beautiful home and I live in alone. My yard is large but not fully fenced in for the escape artists. I would never leave the dog in my yard unattended. I am a very active person and if your dog is good off leash, many outdoor adventures would be enjoyed together.
Information Rachel B. would like to know about your pet
Any behavioural concerns you have experienced. Is your dog ok off leash? Does your dog resource guard? Leash reactivity? Separation anxiety? Etc. Are there any health concerns to be aware of? A general outline of your daily routine. Are there any special commands you use that I need to know? How long is the dog OK to be left on its own? Any destructive behaviour when left alone?
A typical day
Some activities I would look forward to doing with your dog are: hiking, snowshoeing, walks, dog parks, cuddles, games, trick training, fetch, tug of war. Very dependent on what the dog enjoys and is suitable for :)
