Dog Friends & a Big Fenced Yard!
Pet care experience
I come from a family of animal lovers, and growing up we always had a pet dog and a few cats, and at one point or another, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, hermit crabs, and lizards! My husband and I have doted on our dogs since 2010. We have a house set up for dogs and doggie play, with lots of toys, space to divide pets during meal times, and a wonderful, large, fenced, wooded yard. I telework full-time, so your dog will have lots of canine and human company during their stay. We all love spending time with new dog friends, while making sure that their owners can relax and enjoy their time away knowing that their dog is being cared for just like one of our own!

Rachel dogsits our dog frequently and we are so appreciative of her. She does an excellent job with our little munchkin who can be quite shy and hesitant.
We were so grateful to find Rachel and her family! We needed a sitter outside of our usual radius on this occasion, but we'd go out of our way to use her again. She made us feel at ease by setting up a meet-and-greet, and even though her older dog didn't immediately welcome our high-energy pup, Rachel assured us they would be fine...and sent evidence later in the form of photos of the two of them snuggling on the couch. We loved the multiple daily updates and photos, and we think Selkie really enjoyed the chance to run, play, chase balls, and snuggle with Rachel's family.
Luna had a great time staying with Rachel! Introductions, drop off and pickup were very easy! We will definitely be booking Rachel in the future. Thank you for such a nice 1st time experience with Rover.
Daisy had another great stay with Rachel! We love the picture updates and flexibility with pick up and drop off times. Daisy enjoys playing with Maple and loves snuggles, and always comes home a happy pup. Thank you for taking great care of our pup!

I have a fully fenced yard. Dogs will be kept inside while we're gone and supervised when going outside when we're home. We can crate dogs when we're gone or let them roam free, whatever they're used to!

I have two dogs. The older one is Maple, who is very friendly and ready to hang out with new friends, dog or human! Murphy is our young guy and he loves playing with other dogs (but is very shy around humans). For the safety of all dogs, all vaccinations must be current. No breed restrictions, but our size limit is around 60 pounds.
A typical day
We will take walks around our dog-friendly, quiet residential neighborhood with sidewalks; enjoy backyard play time (with supervision/interaction), and end every day with couch cuddles.
