Pet care experience
While I have no professional experience caring for dogs, I have had my own dog since I was 8 years old. I grew up around a houseful of pets. So, I have decided to love other people's fur babies too! I live in a townhome with three levels; the main level lets out directly outside and I feel comfortable lifting any pets that need help down stairs. My home is completely carpeted upstairs and downstairs with hardwood on the main level. I have a dog of my own, but, rest assured, she is friendly, playful, and spayed. She does love walks and playing outside, so if you choose me as your pet sitter your pup is sure to have plenty of outdoor time. Along with lots of playtime your dog will receive tons of affection and treats, if allowed. I promise to provide your pet with the same love and care that I give my own!
Reviews
Rachel watched our two terrier girls while we were away on vacation. They were all instant best friends at the get-to-know-you visit. She was fantastic, always timely, texted routinely with status and questions and posted lots of pictures. We would highly recommend her to friends and family, and she is now our go-to solution instead of kennels when we go out of time.
Rachel was wonderful with Beamer. She took care of Beamer like it was her own fur-baby. Beamer had a play date with Gamora (around the same age as Beamer). She provide me with photos as well as completed a Rover card. I would have Rachel take care of Beamer again and use her other services. Thank you.
Rachel was awesome with Tesla! She was interested to know our routine and training so that she could support us in continuity! She is kind and patient, as well as her dog was a great playmate! Thank you Rachel! Tesla can't wait to return next week!
I have always known Rachel to be a responsible pet owner. She treats her dog, Romeo like he is her own child. I would most definitely trust her with my fur babies..

I would like to be informed of any special needs or accommodations your pup may need so that I can ensure they are cared for properly. Furthermore, I would feel more comfortable caring for medium/large breed dogs or small that are accustomed to large breeds. My dog does not have a mean bone in her body, but sometimes she can forget her size.
A typical day
With me, your dog will enjoy lots of outdoors time! We will spend time exploring the neighborhood and all of its smells. They will also enjoy the company of my giant, goofy girl, Gamora! Gamora is an excellent playmate as she knows how to have a good time, but also understands that everyone has their boundaries. Your pup is sure to receive tons of love and attention from our whole family during their stay, along with a few extra treats (if permitted)!

Availability
I am currently home full time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout the pandemic, I have devoted myself to leading a better lifestyle. This would include ensuring that my pup is healthy and happy as well! Each day we enjoy a long walk, along with several potty breaks throughout the day. We also have plenty of time to play, train, and work on new tricks!
