Pet care experience
Not only do I have 5 years of professional experience taking care of a wide variety of animals at my surgical clinic, I’ve had lifelong experience spoiling my own multitude at home! But taking care of our fur babies is a full time job in itself! I have my hands full of hair with my two cats Millie and Moxxie, and a menagerie of other exotic animals. No matter how big, small, weird, or exotic, I’ve got you covered.

Rachel was amazing! We are new to Rover and we’re nervous about using someone we didn’t know to watch our babies. She is exactly what we needed and our pups loved her. She even left us a precious drawing she did if our girls. I would definitely recommend her!

It is always beneficial to know the breed, size, and temperament of your pet to understand what they need during our time together. Special needs or any medical complications are also important to make sure your pet stays happy and healthy throughout. Otherwise, any thing your fur baby likes or dislikes, what will motivate them, and what will push their buttons like nothing else. Every animal is welcome!
A typical day
With pet sitting there is scheduled activities pre-approved by the pet’s parents, including: • bathroom breaks • outside play breaks with toys • walks outside on a leash (discounted $5 if over 10 hours) • intentional rest time after playing to wind down • scheduled feeding times given by the parent • lots and lots of treats!

Availability
I work 12 hour days full time at my clinic besides Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. At night I am working towards my Bachelors as a Veterinary Technician, and hopefully one day my dream is to become an physical therapist. At home I take care of my two cats, snakes, geckos, and tarantulas. Pet care practically envelopes my life in the best way, and I intend to continue the trend.
