Our dog (Dexter) is very shy (he is a rescue) and can be difficult to look after if he doesn't know you. We usually leave him with friends, however, our planned dog sitter bailed at the last minute leaving us scrambling to find someone for the Christmas period. Rachaelle was very accommodating, allowing us to take Dexter to meet her before the official sitting period; they got on great together. Rachaelle has an excellent apartment for the dogs that has plenty of space for them to play around in, and we had no concerns leaving Dexter with her. Our dog decided to de-stuff his bed during the stay (he likes to do this at home as well) and Rachaelle went out of her way to buy him a new bone to chew on instead. Rachaelle kept us up to date on Dexter's stay and handled his shyness very well.
