Charlie stayed with Rachael and her family for a few days while we were traveling. I felt very comfortable leaving him and didn’t have to worry during our trip. She kept me updated and sent photos as well. I would highly recommend her for any doggy care needs! 10/10 !

Rachael was very responsive in the communication leading up to Nugget's two drop-in visits. Unfortunately, because of her two small children, she was not able to make the first visit, but sent her husband instead... and he seemed to do fine with Nugget. I didn't get any report or check in/out till later that evening, as I understand she is fairly new at Rover and still figuring out the app. But, the second check in/out, report, and pics were done well and promptly. Rachael did great with Nugget on the second visit (which she brought her little one along to), walking him, keeping him cool by putting his cooling vest on, and spending some play time with him. Besides the walk/play time, Nugget, apparently, really enjoyed his time with Rachael's baby!:-)
