Pet care experience
I am a part time student and Navy wife available for pet care, dog walking, sitting, and boarding. I have loved and cared for dogs all my life, all different sizes, breeds, and ages. I have experience working at a dog daycare/boarding center as well as dog sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. I know how hard it can be to put your trust in someone to care for the furry member of the family and that's why my job is to love your dog just as I do my own! There is nothing better than spending everyday doing what you love! ❤️

Rachael was so understanding with my mother's dog, Missy. My mother had just passed away and I needed a place to keep her until we had everything sorted out. Missy was distraught at first but Rachael was amazing with her. She is so kind and I can't thank her enough for coming through at such a time in need!
We met Rachael at a dog park some time ago. My dog Sonny enjoys going to stay with her for the weekend when I take trips to see my family. She plays him out and I never have to worry about his care. We appreciate that you love him as much as we do and Sonny can't wait to come play again.

Since I'm in the military and it can be difficult to find someone last minute to watch my dog, Stanley. Stanley has stayed with them 4 times now and will continute to as long as we're in SD. He goes in with tail wagging and ready to play with their dog, Apache. When I pick him up hes tired out but happy as can be. They're very understanding and accomodating to what we need. Thanks again for always taking care of Stanley, I'm sure we'll sell you again soon

Information Rachael P. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog is not friendly with other dogs, as I have a dog of my own and they will be spending all day together. I do prefer to watch dogs that are house trained, please let me know if your puppy has reached that stage. Please bring your own dog food if your dog will be staying all day or overnight, we don't want any upset tummies by trying different foods. I will need to know if your dog has any known allergies. Your dog MUST be up to date on all vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, and DHPP) and flea and tick treatments.
A typical day
During your dog's stay, he or she will receive unlimited kisses, hugs, and belly rubs! We will go for at least one 30-45 minute walk per day. Your dog will have access to my fenced yard all day for potty breaks and play time. We also have access to the dog exercising area in my housing community which is in close walking distance. Your dog will sleep inside with me, just as family should! My dog makes an excellent playmate and is always ready to make new friends! We are a beach loving family and we also like to go hiking. Your dog is always welcome to join us as long as you allow it. You may call anytime during your dog's stay to check in and even talk to them! I will send plenty of pictures and updates to you while you are away. Your dog will always be comfortable and I want to make sure you are too!
