Rachael H, is by far the best dog sitter I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. I make numerous off island trips to the mainland, sometimes I've been gone for a month at a time. I have 2 dogs. One is a very hyper 2 y/o pitbull puppy that Rachel actually helped me train as well. She was very patient with her and I noticed they bonded very well, Rachael wasn't scared and established dominance when needed. My other dog is my koa buddy he is a 6 y/o pitbull mix, and very loyal to me so he hated when I left even to the grocery store, he fell in love with Rachel at first sight, and while away on my trips he didn't get depressed like he had in the past with other sitters. Rachael was different she actually cared about their needs and even whipped out some Homemade dog food to ease them during my travels. One time I had to rush my girl pitbull to the vet (3hours away) for emergency stitches and x-rays. I called Rachael, and she was at my house within minutes to care for my other aniamls and secure the place. I left in a rush and came home to a beautiful arrangement of flowers and a sweet "get well soon" card with treats for my pup. Having her on the job made me feel so much better and that I didn't have to rush back from trips. If anything my dogs might have liked her more than me. I don't stress vacations and business trips anymore because I know my dogs are cared for extremely well and loved like family.
