Vet care experience, ncsu student

Pet care experience

I'm a very active and easygoing pet sitter with a flexible schedule. I love walking, playing, and hiking as much as I like cuddling on the couch. I adopted my dogs 10 years ago, and grew up with dogs and cats. I've worked in a pet boarding facility and a veterinary practice, and I pet sit for friends and family. I've worked with all kinds of dogs and cats - grumpy, playful, silly, snuggly, fractious, sick, young, old - you name it. I understand all pets have different personalities and needs. I have lots of experience with nervous/anxious animals, as well as administering medications and keeping track of normal behavior for particular pets. I have also worked with horses and have fostered puppies & kittens in the past. I prefer house sitting or drop in visits, out of respect for my roommate and his cats. I am an NC State student so I split my time between Raleigh and Chapel Hill. Can't wait to meet your furbabies!

Rachel kept us informed with the activities of our 9 week old puppy and 9 year old adjusting to him. Everything went as hoped, and our dogs were looked after by someone who cared. Very thankful for this service.

Rachael was great! She was super quick to respond and gave me updates on how my pup was doing. Ellie came home happy and tuckered out, clearly after a great weekend with Rachael and her pups.
