Flexible schedule, very reliable

Pet care experience

Hi there, my name is Quinn (he/him). I’m 23 years old and have cared for both dogs and cats throughout my life! I’ve cared for larger dogs and smaller dogs, in addition to puppies and kittens! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cal State LA in May of 2020 with my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies where I minored in Gender/Sexuality/Women’s Studies. I’m very trustworthy and genuinely care about the happiness and safety of your pet. I feel privileged to meet new animals every day, and would be overjoyed to provide you with a service AND some peace of mind that your pet is being loved and cared for. For walks and drop-ins, I’m available on short notice. For sitting and boarding, a bit more notice is preferred. I tend to be booked at least a month out, so if you want to secure a date, reaching out early is your best bet.

As any pet owner may know, it is super difficult to leave your pet behind when they can’t travel with you. Our fur baby is such a huge part of our lives and Quinn makes it a little easier for us to leave our Luzia behind. We receive daily messages/pictures on how she is doing. In those pictures we receive, I could tell that Luzia is having a good time. We can tell that Luzia loves Quinn and that is why we will continue booking with Quinn!

Quinn puts our nervous pup at ease! We really appreciate the updates while we are away and the great care for our four-legged family member!

Long overdue review, but Quinn watched my dog overnight and took such amazing care of him. I got lots of smiling dog photos and could tell how happy he was. Quinn and his partner let my dog sleep with them and made him feel right at home. Thank you both!

As a first time dog mom to a 15 year old, grumpy chihuahua with separation anxiety, I knew it would take a special sitter to handle him while also giving me peace of mind. I am SO thankful to have found Quinn! I knew Rocky was in capable, kind hands from the moment we met and was able to enjoy my trip stress-free. Plus, Rocky seemed to have the time of his life!

Information Quinn P. would like to know about your pet

It does help to know about your dog’s behavior and schedule. I do sometimes get complaints from neighbors when I board dogs that bark a lot, but I don’t usually refuse to take in a dog just because they’re barky (they’re dogs after all!).

A typical day

We have a nice sunny front yard (fully fenced) where playing and zoomies generally take place. We also have a backyard deck with lots of shade for your pet. Whenever your pet is outside, I am too. I will not leave your pet unsupervised while outdoors (even though it’s fenced, dogs can be escape artists). Your pet will usually get 2-3 walks per day unless you request otherwise.
