I graduated with a BS in zoology from Colorado State University and worked at University of Oklahoma as a lab manager. During that time I regularly dog sat. I have my own dog and in college I was a part of Pets Forever where I volunteered to walk elderly/disabled peoples dogs or to clean out their cats litter box. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, I walk little dogs for my volunteering and I grew up with all big dogs and own one of my own. My mom is a dog trainer and I would go with her to client meetings so I’ve picked up a few skills here and there. My own dog is scared of men, so if your animal is slightly scared of anything I will do everything I can to make their experience with me as calm and positive as possible (that goes for everyone, not just nervous animals).
