Quiana is the best!

Quiana said at the beginning that she is more of a dog person than a cat person. I thought that wouldn't matter, but I was disappointed with the service we received. Quiana didn't do the litter; she said it was clean, but it was really bad when we got back. She also left out the opened can of cat food, rather than returning it to the refrigerator, so we had to throw it away, and since it was prescription, it was a bit costly of an oversight. One of the benefits of Rover is knowing exactly when my cat-sitter is caring for our cat, but Quiana did not check in and out when she was actually present, so I don't know how long she was here and how she spent the time - did she play with our cat, or cuddle with her, or just leave after 2 minutes? She also left our apartment key in an unsecured location without our permission, saying she thought that was the plan. Maybe she would do better with more detailed, written instructions, but we will not be using her again.
