I have been house sitting and dog sitting for five+ years. I am a young responsible working professional that enjoys spending time with dogs (self care and a little more work life balance). I have experience working with dogs with a range from 8 pounds to 45 pounds. If I were to dogsit for you- you can expect your dog to take long walks in some of the local parks ( I just moved back to Chicago- so this is for my shameless exploration as well).
