My dog is alive. Hungry, since Natalie didn't feed her all of the food I left (individually bagged), but alive.That's the only reason she gets any stars at all. Beyond that, she left my apartment a disaster. She clogged my guest bathroom toilet and didn't clean anything up (I will spare you the absolute disgustingness I came home to) and left dishes she used all over my kitchen. She texted me while I was out of town to ask if her boyfriend could come spend the night and also where she should smoke (to then bring the smoke back into my place and guest bed?) She accidentally only charged me for 2 days instead of 3 (which I didn't realize) but after I paid, sent me a nasty text saying "so you're just not going to pay me for the third day?" I told her I paid what I was billed, and if it was incorrect just send an adjusted bill...All around she was beyond unprofessional and gave me more of a headache to come home to than it was worth having her take care of my dog. And made me wonder if she was even there the whole weekend doing that like she said!

Natalie was just wonderful! She treated my Maila as if she were own. She was kind and attentive and spent the entire time with Maila. As a result, Maila quickly became a part of the family and had a great time. When I picked up Maila to go home, she was a happy dog! I liked the fact that there was only one other small dog in the home. I also appreciated how well Natalie kept in touch with me and sent me photos of Maila during her stay. I will definitely use Natalie again when we are in her area!
