Hello there! My name is Johanna Garfield. I am a musician, I believe music is a natural medicine in life for all living things. My daily routine is filled with music, cooking, exercising, and reading. I LOVE going on walks and runs. I was born in Standish, Maine, and grew up on a farm for the first 11 years of my life, taking care of horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, pigs, and goats. I then continued on to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where I spent a lot of my time after school working at animal shelters, where they held mostly dogs and cats. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and I've always been a natural when it comes to working with them. Each and every pet has their own personality, and I like to make a point to get to know them as individuals. Taking care of a pet requires certain restrictions, an immense amount of communication and knowing how to communicate, but most importantly patience, love and care, and leadership. I believe I can give all of that for your pet.
