Pet care experience
A former "cat person," I was converted by my family dog Mischa, a sweet Akita mix. I've been a petsitter for family and friends on and off since 2010. I've cared for little and big dogs alike, solitary pups and 3-dog families, sweet strays in India, and even the odd cat or two. I now have a dog of my own, an adopted 14-year old Blue Heeler named Moose. He’s had some age-related health problems of his own, so I’m familiar with oral and ear medication administration. Moving outdoors is my favorite way to see the world, and it's all the more fun with a pal! Whether running to release energy or slowly walking to sniff the roses, I'll make sure your dog gets the outdoor time they need, at their pace.

This is my second time booking with Priya and will be booking them on my next trip! Priya is an excellent communicator and made sure I was in the loop of how my cat was doing with regular photo and text updates. I knew my cat was in good hands and had great peace of mind while I was away.
I highly recommend Priya for your pet sitting needs! Priya asked all the right questions when we had our meet and greet, making sure she was fully aware of any health concerns, and how to best make my cat, Zephyr, feel at home while I was away. Priya is highly professional and was always on time. She promptly responded to any questions/messages while I was away, and provided me with plenty of updates during her time with my cat. When I came home, my cat was so relaxed, it was as if I hadn’t been away for an entire week. I will definitely be using Priya again!
I let my high maintenance dogs with Priya for the day and all was well! All was amazing in fact. She took great care of my old man and my issue-ladened lab and my high energy Golden. I came home to happy, sleeping, calm dogs. I can highly recommend Priya.
Priya watched my very sick yet hyper puppy and my active 3 year old Aussie while I worked long shifts one weekend She made me feel so confident that my dogs were in good hands. They can be rather crazy and that didn't scare her off at all! Such a blessing!

I enjoy walks and runs (any pace) in safe public spaces--the greener the better, but city spaces have their own fun challenges. If the pet isn’t as active, we can go as leisurely as they like.

I work full time Monday-Friday, so evenings and weekends are best. Usually available on holidays as well. Happy to work out alternate arrangements if they work schedule-wise.
