Pet care experience
I am a mental health counseling grad student at UNI. I have been around dogs, big and small, my whole life. I have trained 4 service dogs and also help foster and train unadoptable dogs from the shelter to help them get a home. I recently adopted my own dog from the shelter and I love to spoil him. He loves and gets along well with all dogs. My experience with dog training has allowed me to better understand dogs and their language. I’m known as the dog lady on campus and everyone knows to come to me for questions or advice on dogs. I love spending time with dogs and try to be home as much as possible to allow them to play outside and get love.

Porsha was great! She sent pictures and updates while I was gone, so I was able to stay informed about how it was going. Animals love her and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into working with animals. I would highly recommed her!
The first time I had a college class with Porsha, she brought one of the dogs she was training with her to work on the pup's socialization skills. Impressed not only by the fact that she was kind in warding off needy college students that wanted to pet the dog, I was even more amazed on how sweet and loving she was to the lab on the end of the leash. That was four years ago. Little did I know that she extended that love to literally any dog she came across. Recently, Porsha met my pit boxer mix who tends to jump and get overly excited with new people. She treated him as if he was her own and loved on him throughout the night. I've had the distinct pleasure of spending time with Porsha's and her family's dogs and it is so incredibly crystal clear that she has a passion and love for canines. While this review may be a bit lengthy, I will promise you this: your dog will be in no safer, loving hands than Porsha's.
Porsha is hands down one of the best people with dogs I know. She is highly knowledgeable in many different breeds and ages. Porsha has taught me quite a few things about dogs, and their language and things to look out for when your fur baby isn’t feeling well or comfortable. Not only have I seen her love all dogs, but they all seem to love her too. I would without a doubt, always trust her with any pet that I have.
