Pet care experience
I currently run my own dog walking and care business. There is a team of 3 of us in total. I cover the pack walks and my team do dog sitting and 1-2-1 walks. Having run Pop Dog Walking for almost 2 years now, I’m very experienced with all types of dogs. I have also worked for a company in Eastbourne looking after dogs before I moved to Brighton. I've had dogs all my life and have always been obsessed with them! My dog Doodle is 10 years old and he has travelled around the country with me. We have lived in Scotland, Bristol, Bath, Eastbourne and Brighton together. He is fantastic! I have trained him from a puppy and he is a very kind and sweet dog now!

Poppy is the biggest dog lover I’ve ever come across. Meeting the needs of a dog and ensuring they are happy is always her priority. She is incredibly enthusiastic and energetic and compassionate. She has years of experience working with dogs of all ages, breeds and with various different challenging behaviours. You honestly could not meet a more dog passionate lady than Poppy. Any dog in her care will be a very happy and content dog.

A typical day
It’s important to tire out a dog mentally and physically. We are happy to use your kongs, snuffle mats and brain toys to keep your dogs brain happy :) All 1-2-1 walks will be at local parks or around the neighbourhood. Pack walks take place on the South Downs. All walks are enriching with healthy treats provided :)

Availability
My staff members work part time in other positions which fit in well with the dog walking and pet sitting. We promise to never leave a dog for more than 3 hours at a time. I work full time as a pack dog walker, so am not available for pet sitting but normally one of my staff can take the booking. My staff are dbs checked, canine first aid trained, insured with the business and trained by myself.
