Hello! I'm Jo (this is the name I prefer) and my partner (Teenasai) and I are students who live near Canada Water. I'm doing my PhD in Anthropology at SOAS, where I also teach and my partner is a practicing musician and student of music at Goldsmith's. I work as a teacher for young adults and children as well through workshops and facilitated conversations. We have an 8 year old cat named Inji, who is a British Shorthair. We both have not had many pets growing up. Jo has had two turtles, Ami and Ima and a couple of fish. Both Jo and Teenasai have wanted animals in their life for a long time and so made it their personal goal to know a lot about cats, dogs, and everything around and between. We have taken out time to be of assistance to various shelters in India that help with the re-homing of almost all kinds of animals that need homes. Because we couldn't adopt fur babies of our own, we've made it our personal goal to know everything there is to know (I've used all of my research skills there) about dogs and cats and frequently enjoying dog/cat spotting on the streets together. Activities: We love going on long walks together or just by ourselves. We see it as a great way to explore spaces. We enjoy parks, playing sports, running around and also just chilling at home with light music and wrapped in blankets on the couch. AVAILABILITY NOTES We will be around during most British Holidays.
