Polly is just amazing. If you think of your pet as your own child, Polly is your go-to person. The detailed questions she would ask you to make sure your pet is comfortable is just out of the world. She provided detailed information on how Penny was eating or playing and it was good enough for us to be worry-free during our time away from Penny.
