With three of my own, I understand that dogs are like family. I will go above and beyond for your pet as I do with my girls. I have experience rescuing and fostering seniors and dogs with special needs/behavioral challenges, so if your dog has special needs, you can be confident that I will be able to handle their care. I have experience administering both oral medications and injections, as well as managing separation anxiety and reactivity. I work with all my clients to make sure every sitting and walking experience is customized to the needs of their dog. When your pet stays with us, they will enjoy a fully fenced, large yard in a safe and centrally located neighborhood. We feed all animals separately and only watch dogs from one family at a time to ensure that they receive individual attention. While we do have three dogs of our own, none weigh more than 38lb and they are all well socialized with other dogs with zero history of dog aggression. Because my husband works from home and I only work part-time, your dog will rarely be left alone for more than an hour or two. We have no children, just our dogs and one cat (who loves dogs), so no worries if your pup is skittish around children! Our home will be a quiet sanctuary for them. I love all breeds—from Chihuahuas to Great Danes—I will be comfortable with your dog. I walk and dog sit because I LOVE dogs and I know I will love your dog too!
