If you want your dog to be obsessed over, we are the sitters for you. We joined Rover to be the over-the-top sitters we wanted (but never found), after our own dogs passed away. Especially when our dogs got older, we stopped traveling because it wasn't worth the worry. Yes, we are those people. ;) We plan our schedule and activities around our rover guests. Depending on your dog's needs, we'll go on short or long walks and have cozy times inside. While the majority of our rover guests are fit and active, we have a soft spot for, and a lot of experience with, dogs in their vulnerable golden years, including dogs with mobility struggles. We enjoy creating a loving home-away-from-home for our rover guests.

Our dog Monkey is a shy guy when it comes to being around people. He spent the night and these two were amazing with him and took him on multiple long walks which he loves. He even ate in the morning, which he never does the first morning of a stay. We highly recommend them and will for sure be using them in the future.
Thanks for taking such great care of Pippa again, and for handling her new medication routine! Loved getting all the updates and photos, and could tell Pippa enjoyed her time with you, as she always does.
These two were amazing with my dachshund. She has extreme separation anxiety and we had to leave her for the night. I knew she would be a handful and was a little afraid that Pam and John would feel like she was too much. They took turns sitting with her because they knew she would freak out if not, I feel very grateful that we found them and coco was able to spend a night without us with such loving people.
Pam and Jon are truly the most dog loving and kind people! My dog has now stayed with them twice and both times they were attentive, communicative, and so sweet to her. They provided long walks, lots of snuggles, and numerous thorough updates on how she was doing. I can’t say enough positive things!

Let us know if your dog has special needs. We are comfortable with all sorts of treatments, such as medications, eye drops, mobility aids, etc. We have traction mats and area rugs for the floor. We enjoy getting to know each dog's unique personalities and needs so that they have a happy and comfortable stay with us.
A typical day
The neighborhood is dog-friendly with great options for both long and short walks. Because we plan for one of us to always be home when we have a rover guest, your dog will have unlimited access to the yard, go on at least 3 walks per day and get round-the-clock love and attention.

Availability
We take only 1 guest at a time for 24/7 quality care. We occasionally take 2 guests if the dogs are friendly and the owners agree. We plan our schedule so that one of us will always be home. We never liked the idea of our own dogs being left alone at a sitter's. Depending on the exercise needs and ability of your dog, we'll go for plenty of long walks or take slow, curb-free sniffing strolls to the park next door.
