Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and have been walking/pet sitting for 7 years. My hobbies include art, floral design, and hiking with my dog! I recently graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Animal Science and Horticulture. I have a very flexible schedule I am passionate about animal care! I have worked a variety of animal care/training jobs from local shelters to zoo-keeping with exotics. I would love to meet you and your furry friend!! I will take your dog on walks around the neighborhood or to any nearby parks, etc. I am happy to accommodate any needs your dog may have; my goal is to keep you both feeling happy and comfortable while your pet is in my care!

Pet care is personal and I will make sure I am familiar with your pet’s routine! I treat my client’s homes with the utmost respect. In my own space, I have a fenced in yard with a doggy door if your pet is comfortable using one! I have one dog, 12 y/o Ty. Ty is very friendly and gets along with other dogs extremely well. If necessary, your dog can be housed separately from Ty!

A typical day
I love all different types of enrichment! It is important to me to have a conversation with you about your dog’s favorite activities! I use a variety of enrichment techniques including social, cognitive, feeding-centered, physical and sensory! I enjoy walking dogs in their local neighborhoods and favorite parks!
