I Love Dogs as Family!
Pet care experience
I love animals! I have had dogs for more than 25 years, from small mixed breeds to large Bernese Mountain dogs, going through basset hounds and mix cocker spaniels, all ages, weights and personalities. So I know how to deal with different types of dogs. I have also been a volunteer at the Rochester Humane Society (Lollypop Farm) for 1 year as a dog walker, so I met new dogs every week and we walked through sun, rain and even snow! I love petting and playing with them and giving them the attention they need. If they want to run then we can run! If they are older and like to take it slow, we can go slowly. I will treat your dog as if my own!

She sent regular updates and pictures through the weekend, which helped a lot and was very much appreciated. She took Leo on frequent walks and trips to the dog park, which he loves! I would definitely recommend her!
We love Pilar! She is very attentive to our 150 lb Giant Alaskan Malamute. Pilar keeps us updated daily with pictures and messages. She’s very sweet and our Malamute just loves her. We highly recommend her for overnight stays and visits!
Pilar did a great job with Gracie, jasmine and george. Even reclusive George made a couple of appearances. My furry friends appeared most comfortable! Pilar communicated frequently with updates on my pets. I would definitely have Pilar pet sit for me again!!
My dog and cat were well cared for. They were happy and relaxed when we returned home. Pilar left the house in perfect shape too. We are so grateful and can’t wait to have her again.

I have a certificate in Pet First Aid and CPR. I make sure to recognize the area where your pet is moving around inside and outside the house. I look to see of there are any foreign objects that may be a problem and I provide love, play and exercise as needed or as requested by you.

A typical day
If your dog has a preferred route from your home, we can try to do the same. We can run or jog together if that is what is preferred and if you need them to wear a special outfit we can do that as well.

I work from home so I can spend all day with your pet(s). I can provide morning and/or evening walks, Play time and petting time. If I need to leave the house for a few hours, I will notify you of my schedule when we first meet.
