Pet care experience
I grew up with rescue and foster dogs, so I’ve been exposed to many different breeds and temperaments of dogs. I also volunteered with cats at an animal shelter for 4 years.

Pilar is the most doting and devoted dog caregiver I know. She has always been my go-to sitter when something comes up and I want the best care to be given for my precious pups. Pilar is attentive and will attend to all of your pets needs, paying close attention to their individual quirks and preferences. Pilar's attention to detail is her greatest strength, and her affection towards all animals is a huge plus. You can bet your bottom dollar they will be cared for and snuggled appropriately.

I live in an apartment so my home is unavailable, but I can perform any task necessary for your pet to be happy and comfortable! I recently had an elderly cat pass away, and have an elderly dog with cancer at home and cooked special meals for both, so no task is too much for me.

I would love to know if your dog has any favorite treats or toys! Also please let me know if your dog has any things that could make it become aggressive (for example, food aggression, sensitive areas, ways they do not like to be pet).
A typical day
I love to visit gardens and parks so I would love to take your dog for a nice walk on the park and play fetch! I also know some basic training skills so I can improve your dog’s leash manners and stop bad habits like pulling.

I have full availability everyday except between 11 am and 4 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays unless otherwise stated on my calendar. I do not have a car so you must be within reach by public transit.
