Dogs: For boarding and daycare, your dog will enjoy a vacation/daycation at our cage free, smoke free home. They will have daytime access to 3 acres which includes a sensory garden with special plants and terrains catered to stimulate your dog's senses, a doggy clubhouse, and fun animals to see such as chickens and peacocks. With parental permission, dogs can go on walks to explore doggie attractions such as a duck pond, horse viewing, hiking, or parks. They will get to enjoy doing all these fun things with the new friends they will make (our two dogs or other guest). Dogs are introduced safely, slowly, one at a time to not only find your dog friends that they will tolerate, but that they will actually have a good time hanging out with. Bathing and light grooming is also offered. You will get daily pictures to see all their daily adventures. Boarded dogs need to bring their own food as a change in diet can upset their stomachs. They can also bring their favorite toys, beds, or blankeys, if wanted, but these may be shared will other dogs. We are comfortable with special needs dogs and giving medication (you must provide medication) Cats: I can only board cats, however they get individual pamper time. Since cats are independent, there are offerings for them on their own time. Scratching posts and cat towers are available. They can bird watch with the bird feeders at the windows. Many boxes and huts are scattered throughout the cat area so they can explore to find the perfect spot for nap time.
