Are you that person who goes to parties and ends up spending the whole night hanging out with the pets? I am, and I get along great with other people who like animals as much as they like people. I grew up in the beautiful Napa Valley on a 4 acre hobby farm with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, ducks, peacocks, horses, donkeys, and even some cockatiels. I spent most of my childhood caring for my own animals and the pets of friends and neighbors. I have a bachelor's degree and professional experience with animals, including working in small and large animal veterinary practices. I currently manage an equestrian facility in Petaluma. (Please note: this means I DO have a day job which means on certain days I may be away from the house for up to 6 hours at a time. If you require more frequent visits during the day besides spending evenings/afternoons, nights, mornings, and weekend days, it can be arranged on a case-by-case basis and for an additional fee.) I'm fun, active, and I LOVE going on adventures with the dogs I watch (provided Mom or Dad gives the okay)! I like hiking, walking, and days at the dog park or wandering around the city and making new friends. Friendly dogs are always welcome to come to work with me! Your pets are family, and I understand that because mine are too. I will update you as often as you like with texts, calls, and e-mails, including pictures of your furry kids and updates on their activities. I'm happy to administer medications, including subcutaneous fluids and injections. I love families of ALL types, and will work with you to find a schedule and routine that keeps everyone happy.
