Phillip is a conscientious, reliable, resourceful, and professional young man who grew up with dogs and cats in the household learning from a very young age that animals are family members to be treated well and cared for with utmost diligence. In fact, he recently opened his heart and life to a puppy of his own where he is consistently working on behavior and obedience training. Phillip is personable, organized, and able to balance/integrate Professional School responsibilities with employment requirements. A more caring and competent Pup lover would be hard to find.
