We'd like to know your dog's medical needs, if any, and preferences - fed separately, prefers to sleep in blankets, doesn't like children (there are many in neighborhood but we are child-free), etc. Our Rescue Husky mix Sydney is a young acting 13 with a bum back leg, so large dogs that hump need a proper introduction and to heed "Off" command, please. Otherwise, she adores other dogs and is happy around them. Please have shots up to date Annual (Rabies, Distemper) and Semi-Annual (Bordatella), as well as Flea and Tick treatment up to date. Oh - and we can only sit for Cat-Friendly dogs or those who could care less. Syd loves her kitties (2) and so do we. Bring your buddy by for a meet and greet to see if they are able to calm down around the kitties.

We live in a lovely neighborhood for walks, full of dogs and dog lovers - Plus, a 2 Mile tree-covered hiking trail with shallow water moving thru at a few spots for water lovers. If you and your best friend like it - we'd take them to the dog parks in Vint Hill and Merryfield Gardens, if they're fine with car rides. Our dog Sydney lives for car rides! We have all kinds of dog toys. A nice deck for sunning or shading and a fenced back yard for quick potty breaks, long sniff sessions, some fetch or a nice roll in the grass. Deb is a Certified Dog Trainer and will work on basic skills - specify treats or toys as reward (of course all kinds of praise and lovvies will be given, too).
